Practices that change lives

Mandala drawing is a meditative practice in which creating symmetrical patterns and shapes helps calm the mind, enter a state of concentration, and express inner experiences on paper. Working with color and form activates the right hemisphere of the brain, eases mental tension, and allows access to intuitive knowledge that is difficult to express in words. Each mandala that is created becomes a reflection of your inner state at the moment of practice and can serve as a tool for self-discovery and energetic balance.
Mandala drawing
Mantra chanting is the ancient practice of repeating sacred sounds which, through vibration, affects the nervous system, balances the chakras, and brings the mind into a meditative state. With the experienced facilitator Maria Finkelstein, you will discover the beauty and power of your own voice, learn how to use the breath to enhance sound, and feel how group chanting creates a special energetic field. This practice does not require musical skills — sincerity and a willingness to allow the voice to resonate freely are what matter.
Mantra Chanting
Dynamic meditation helps quickly release physical and emotional tension, preparing the body and mind for a meditation in silence. Three meditation sessions throughout the day ensure the maintenance of inner balance. The group format enhances the effectiveness of the practice: collective energy helps you enter a meditative state more easily and sustain it longer than in individual practice.
Collective Meditations
Asana classes are exercises designed to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance of the body through continuous performance of physical postures (asanas). Each class includes a warm-up, a central sequence with a gradual increase in the difficulty of the postures, and relaxation at the end of the practice. This structure allows safe work with the body and gradual deepening of the practice, while simultaneously stimulating and balancing the activity of glands directly connected to the energy centers—the chakras. This comprehensive approach affects not only the physical body but also hormonal balance, emotional state, and the energetic system as a whole, preparing our mind for deeper meditation practice.
Asana Classes
During the sound healing session you will dive into an ocean of healing vibrations, where the sounds of ancient instruments become conduits to the depths of your being, dissolve energetic blockages, and awaken inner healing resources. Each sound wave attunes the body and mind to frequencies of harmony, restoring the natural state of balance and wholeness that we often lose in daily routine.
Sound Healing Session
Seasonal Ayurvedic recipes for balancing the chakras: medicinal herbs, oils, practices, and rituals for each season. The secrets of Ayurveda will be revealed by Didi Ananda Sanjana – an experienced therapist and instructor who leads detox programs in several European countries.
Lecture by Didi Ananda Sanjana: "The Secrets of Ayurveda for Balancing the Chakras"
Spiritual conversations with Dada Sadananda are an opportunity to receive answers to deep questions about the nature of consciousness, emotions, the chakra system, and the spiritual path from an experienced teacher with many years of meditation and yoga practice. Dada explains where emotions live in the body, how the energy centers function, whether they can be physically felt, and how through asanas and breathing we influence the chakras and change fixed personality patterns. These conversations create a space for sincere questions, sharing experiences, and receiving practical recommendations for working with the energy system and developing awareness.
Lecture by Dada Sadananda: "Seven Chakras - Seven Sources of Energy"
In collective practice a special energy is born – each person brings their own light, and together we create a wave of goodness that transforms not only us, but also the space around us. Join us – let’s create together a space of peace and goodness!
